With the recent rise in camera phone technology, more people than ever have instant access to this powerful medium and will come on board The Lab with their own ideas about the world of photography.

The Lab Photography course enables young people to learn the skills needed to take professional pictures, and think about their surroundings and environments in a new and engaging way.

The course teaches the technical skills of digital photography including manual aperture and shutter speed control. Once they have got to grips with the photographic skills they can then start to apply all sorts of effects and re-touching to manipulate their work using software such as Photoshop.
